World Wide Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) is an import–export company based in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
Our quote form does not send anything to our servers: it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and the message is delivered through WhatsApp (Meta). When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and keep business records. We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as freight forwarders when you place an order, or our email provider) and only as far as needed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months for quotation reference, longer where Nepali tax law requires records of completed orders. To ask for earlier deletion, email [email protected] .
